Just had an alarm fitted by Grange Security Systems Tom first came and discussed our needs and gave us advice on what was best to suit. After receiving his quote we arranged a day for fitting the following week. Tom and Martin arrived and the installation was completed efficiently and professionally. They gave us a full explanation on how the system worked and didn’t leave until we were completely happy answering all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Our Scantronic home alarm gave up & I researched what I should replace it with. I elected to purchase Texecom as we wanted an alarm that didn’t rely on a traditional dialler as BT are phasing out copper cable. I used google to locate an installer and came across this company based in Cannock. I liked them as they also have a bricks and mortar store so they have a physical presence rather than just a man in a van. We wanted certainty around maintenance which we didn’t get with Scantronic. Tom, the owner came out, completed a thorough site survey and recommended an alternative called Orisec. I researched the equipment and it was excellent with UK manufacture ensuring a supply of parts and a willingness to support installers and end users. Tom offered a competitive quote and a quick installation. Dan and Martin arrived on time and conducted a 2 day installation with great attention to detail, tidiness and precision. The explanations were clear for both keypad and app use. The product is flexible with some really interesting 21st Century options. The app is simple but comprehensive with clarity and ease of use. I whole heartedly recommend this firm and it’s employees. They bring a sense of professionalism over and above expectations. They are a pleasure to invite into your home. I really wouldn’t recommend any other business or waste time looking elsewhere.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish with GSS. From the initial contact made with GSS, an initial survey was arranged quickly and at a date and time that suited ourselves. The advice given from Tom was fantastic and to-the-point, helping to give a realistic and transparent view on what could and what could not be done on the property due to its unique characteristics. Tom also ran through the different types of cameras we could have, helping to meet our high expectations as a homeowner very well. On installation, Dave and Rich arrived promptly on the time arranged and spent a full day carefully and professionally installing the high-end 4K configuration we had chosen. Absolutely fantastic experience, polite, knowledgeable, and just good lads to be around, with free-flowing and natural conversations. Even on the second day of installation, Dave and Rich again arrived promptly and simply got on with the job-in-hand and guided us every step of the way in terms of the setup on our monitor and apps. We have to say the results are just amazing! We can’t believe the quality of these newly released 4K cameras and how they just blend in. The quality, experience and customer service from GSS has surpassed all our expectations. A big shout out to Rich, Dave and Tom from GSS & TB Electrix for installing our Hikvision cameras, we Love them! Their quality of work is second to none and did an exceptional job even with the not so great weather over the 2 days last week. We cant wait to have TB Electrix come out and see us again for some exterior electrical work we are having done by them! Honestly could not recommend the team enough for security camera installations or electrical work- if you are looking for security cameras make sure to give them a call and you wont be disappointed with the price for such a premium service.
